Rock Bridge Memorial State Park consists of about 15 miles of biking trails. The main section of the park contains several sections with lots of roots and rocks. There are plenty of hills for the area as well. The trails offer a variety from beginner to intermediate. The trails are closed when wet and a Trails Condition Hotline can be called to check the trails status before you ride out. (573) 442-2249
From I70 take 163 (Providence) south. Follow the signs to Rock Bridge Memorial State Parkand then to Devil's Ice Box. The main trail head is here. The address for the park is; 5901 South Hwy. 163 Columbia, MO 65203, so feel free to mapquest it.
